About me

David qualified from The Royal Free Hospital, undertook a BSc at St Mary's Hospital and was awarded his fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in 1999. He has been a Consultant Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon at Northampton General Hospital (NGH) since 2001. He has a specialist interest in lower limb arthroplasty and sports medicine, completing a years fellowship at SPORTSMED.SA, Adelaide, South Australia.
He redesign the elective Orthopaedic pathway at NGH to achieve the best possible outcome for patients following hip and knee replacements.
He has been the Honorary Orthopaedic Surgeon for Northampton Saints Rugby Football Club since 2004. He gained a Diploma in Sports and Exercise Medicine.

David represented England in the Students Rugby world cup in 1988 and played for Saracens Rugby Club first XV.
