About me

I have a wide experience in the diagnosis and treatment of the polycystic ovarian syndrome including ovulation induction.Wide experience in managing delayed periods, the menopause and premenstrual symptoms. I have a wide experience in the diagnosis and the treatment of period problems (Menstrual disorders) including heavy periods, irregular periods, painful periods or absent periods (amenorrhoea). I offer medical and surgical management of genital prolapse and fibroids. I perform laparoscopic surgery, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, hysterectomy, endometrial ablation.

I organise routine annual gynaecology checks and annual reviews of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for the menopause and premature menopause.

I have been recognised for my work to diagnose and treatment of infertility in women and men (Andrology).

I had been involved in updating NHS guidelines for doctors practising Gynaecology including The Map of Medicine and The NHS Knowledge Base. Served as NICE Specialist Member of The quality Standards committee for Fertility.
My doctorate degree in medicine was awarded by the University of Liverpool in 1999.
