I offer Bupa customers standard cataract surgery on the Full Pathway package option at Ramsay Ashtead Hospital, Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital .
This package includes your appointments before and after surgery, as well as your surgery and mono-focal lenses. It means you won’t use up your out-patient benefit or receive any additional bills from your surgeon (or anaesthetist, if you need one) for eligible treatment.

Although cataract surgery is the most common eye surgery performed today, very few eye surgeons have dedicated their entire professional life to the procedure. Mr. Paul Ursell at Cataract Doctor is one of the few that has done just that and is known as the eye doctor that other doctors request to perform their cataract operation.

In addition to running his Surrey cataract surgery practice, Mr. Paul Ursell is the lead cataract surgeon for Epsom & St Helier University NHS Trust. Mr. Ursell believes strongly in excellent education for the doctors of tomorrow. He was the Director of the Trust Undergraduate programme for teaching Ophthalmology. He was Treasurer of UKISCRS and an International Lecturer on Cataract Surgery.
