About me
Having qualified from Charing Cross and Westminster medical school in London (1988), I trained as an Orthopaedic surgeon on the North West London rotation. I passed my Orthopaedic specialist examination in 1999. I was subsequently a Hip Fellow at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Oxford where I completed my training.
I was appointed Consultant Orthopaedic surgeon at Queens Hospital in Burton upon Trent in June 2001 and have developed my practice in lower limb replacement and arthroscopic knee surgery since then.
I have been lead consultant in the Orthopaedic department at Queens Hospital since 2007.
I also have an interest in sports injuries and am involved with St George's Park National Football Centre and Burton Albion Football Club.
