About me

The minute you decide you want better for yourself is the minute the energy begins to shift. Your life does not get better by chance it gets better by change.
The choice to enter therapy, no matter the reason, is a difficult and sometimes painful one. I understand this and admire your bravery to take the first step to a new enriching life. I am ready to support you through the entire journey of healing. Change is possible and together, we can achieve it.

The counselling I provide is ultimately the establishment of a safe and therapeutic relationship in which a client can in a sustained way begin to talk about and explore matters that they would not be able to do with a member of their family or with their friends. This space allows two of us to come together to think about and understand matters in new and liberating ways. This may involve recognising feelings that have been long forgotten, developing new perspective, or even developing deeper levels of emotional maturity.

Areas of interest

I believe everyone is unique and as an integrative therapist I draw from multiple theoretical types of treatment and techniques to create a personalised approach. This approach will help you move toward healing and self-discovery.

I began my counselling journey at the Wintercomfort for the homeless charity in Cambridge and later I volunteered at Mind in Cambridgeshire. Currently I run my private practice and I am also associate counsellor at the Embrace CVOC charity. I work with children from age 7, young people and adults.

I specialise in trauma, terminal illness, depression, anxiety.
I also offer therapy to clients experiencing many different issues as abuse, bipolar disorder, panic attacks, cancer, low self-esteem, anger, addiction, PTSD, trauma, domestic violence, narcissisms, sexual violence, relationship, phobia, sexual problems, bullying.
