About me

Dr Eleanor Mallon completed undergraduate medical training in London. She trained in General Medicine in London and in Dermatology at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, St John’s Institute of Dermatology and the John Radcliffe and Churchill Hospitals, Oxford.

She enjoys and has expertise in teaching dermatology including on the Postgraduate MSc Course in Clinical Dermatology at St John’s Institute of Dermatology. She was Chief Examiner on the MSc Course in Clinical Dermatology for 4 years.

Dr Mallon's NHS practice is at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. She was clinical Lead for Dermatology at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (St Mary's Hospital, Charing Cross Hospital and Hammersmith Hospital from 2016 to 2019.

Dr Mallon has been a member of the Therapeutics and Guidelines Committee of the Clinical Standards Unit of the British Association of Dermatologists since 2013. Her most recent publications include contribution towards updated Guidelines for the Management of Basal Cell Carcinoma published in 2021 in the British Journal of Dermatology.
