About me

I am an experienced clinical psychologist and cognitive behaviour psychotherapist, with particular expertise in working with anxiety and long term health problems.

My approach is collaborative, client-led and focussed on the goals, hopes and aspirations each client brings. My therapy is individually tailored to suit need, seeing each person as an individual with their own unique set of circumstances.

I use evidence-based approaches that are recommended by the NHS and National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE), and I am accredited in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as well as being registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a clinical psychologist.
