About me

I am Dr. Rachel Graham, a qualified, experienced, and chartered counselling psychologist with a background in the NHS. I bring over 15 years of therapeutic experience with both children and adults. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working in diverse settings, including NHS CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services), educational institutions, residential settings, and mental health charities.

Despite the diversity of my professional experiences, one constant remains: my unwavering passion to help individuals overcome emotional wounds and barriers, enabling them to lead more fulfilled and complete lives.
