CONTACT ARRANGEMENTS DURING COVID

As you are no doubt aware, we are unable to provide any private outpatient consultations, investigations or surgery until the Nuffield Hospital Plymouth is no longer required by the NHS.

In the meantime, I am happy to arrange telephone or video conversations. This is in no way a substitute for a face-to-face meeting. However, if you think it would be helpful to discuss your condition and what might be the correct course of action when the covid crisis is over, please contact the Nuffield Hospital using the email or phone number below.

It would be very helpful to have a written assessment of your current problem and past medical history from your GP but if this is difficult to obtain a short summary from yourself be suffice.

Tim completed both his medical & higher degree (in advanced brain monitoring techniques) as well as his Neurosurgical training in Bristol. He then spent a year as the first neurosurgeon to complete the National Orthopaedic Spinal Fellowship in Nottingham. He started in his current position in January 2001. As well as managing a busy clinical practice he is involved in research and teaching both nationally and internationally.
