About me
Dr Aaron Wernham is a Consultant Dermatologist, skin surgeon and skin cancer specialist.
Dr Wernham qualified from the University of Birmingham Medical School with a first class Honours degree and has won multiple national awards in Dermatology. He was selected for a prestigious Post-CCT fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Advanced cutaneous reconstruction.
Alongside clinical work, he has been awarded the prestigious Neil Cox prize from the UK Dermatology Clinical Trials Network and has been selected to join the UK Trials Generation and Prioritisation Panel (TGPP). He also holds the post of Associate Editor for one of the leading UK Dermatology journals, has co-founded the Skin Cancer Surgery Research Collaborative and is a nationally elected member of the Executive Committee for the British Society of Dermatological Surgery. He is the current co-lead for skin cancer for the Black Country and West Birmingham region.
