About me

Originally from Worcester in the West Midlands I have lived in Merseyside since 2012.

I was admitted to the Specialist Register (Respiratory / General Medicine) in August 2021 following my Specialist training in the Merseyside region. My NHS practice is based at Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital and I am an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at the University of Liverpool.

I have clinical interests in respiratory intervention in lung cancer, integrated care and respiratory physiology and airways disease within sports medicine.

At my clinics at Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital (NHS and Private), Spire Liverpool and PallMall Medical in Liverpool and Newton-Le-Willows, I see individuals with a range of respiratory problems such as cough, Asthma, COPD, breathlessness and bronchiectasis.

I am proficient in doing diagnostic bronchoscopy, endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) to sample lymph nodes and more specialised respiratory intervention.

With regards to respiratory sports physiology, I work closely with Exercise Respiratory Physiologists in assessing respiratory function in athletes and high-performance sports people. I provide a wide variety of specialist diagnostic tests, specialist assessment and advise on optimal treatments.

I also provide Spirometry (lung function) services and CAA exercise tests.
