About me
Based in Formby near to Southport/Liverpool.
I am an Accred. BACP Person-Centred Counsellor with a BA (Hons) Degree with over 10+ years counselling experience working in private practice.
I work 1:2:1 with clients offering short term and long term counselling for individuals aged 16+ years.

I work 4 days a week with a range of private clients and professional referrals including Victim Support, Police and EAP services using a Person-Centred Solution focused approach.
My work background includes:
Social Services, Counselling teenagers in schools, working with family carers and within IAPT. For 11 years I worked with domestic abuse with women and children and four years in two hospices working with patients, carers and bereaved whilst managing the counselling teams.
What Counselling Offers:
Counselling offers a time for you to explore and talk about what is going on for you, in a none judgemental environment. Counselling provides a safe space to explore and work through issues that may have become overwhelming to manage at a pace that suits you; in a friendly approachable manner where you will feel supported and understood.
When I am not counselling I provide well-being therapies as I am a fully qualified holistic health practitioner registered with the FHT and Kinesiology Assoc..
