Are you feeling depressed, anxious, stressed, isolated or just not feeling yourself? Has the unprecedented events of Covid-19 effected your mood or relationships? We have all had times like these and wondered where to turn. I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental, and confidential space, where we can sensitively explore what your difficulties are. Being given the opportunity to talk to someone you can trust and who willingly listens, can provide you with the time and space you need to better understand yourself, how your past effects your present, and your behavioural patterns.

To help you restore your quality of life, and feel confidently in control again, you will be accompanied on your journey with a weekly space to talk. You will be offered a range of tailored real-to-life techniques, and strategies that you can learn to apply independently as and when you need.
