About me

Hi! Thank you for looking at my profile and please see my website too. I have been qualified and practicing for over 15 years now. I work with teens, adults and couples who may be experiencing anxieties, worries, intrusive thoughts, familial issues, bereavement and loss, and relationship issues. There can be many different circumstances that bring people to therapy. This may be when a crisis arises that may cause stress, overwhelming thoughts and emotions, and unhelpful coping strategies that may work for a short time - like a sticking plaster. Therapy enables a safe space to discover yourself through self-awareness with the therapist's help, and a healthier wellbeing.
