About me

I am a licensed health psychologist and CBT therapist with several years of clinical experience in providing psychological services mostly focusing on adults (NHS setting - since 2014). I specialise in the treatment of anxiety disorders, stress, depression and have also worked with groups on managing chronic pain and long-term conditions. I have a particular interest in perinatal psychological wellbeing and aim to support women and/or their partners who are dealing with postnatal depression, loss of a pregnancy or baby, or even those trying to adjust to their family’s new dynamics and all the stress that this can cause.

The approach i use is evidence-based and tailored to each individual’s needs usually following a CBT or integrative model of therapy. Following an initial assessment and gauging which modality is mostly suited to the presenting issue and client, i aim to be transparent in what therapy will involve, always remaining open to my clients’ needs and wants.

Therapy provides a safe space for you to explore and share your thoughts and feelings that may cause you distress and affect your life. I strongly believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship and thus i am committed to creating a trusting environment that will help you discover new ways of approaching life.
