About me

Dr Sarah is a highly qualified and supportive Clinical Psychologist. She is friendly and patient, and understands the value in offering a client centred service.

Dr Sarah qualified in 2013 and has many years of experience working in adult mental health services. She currently works in the NHS providing one to one and group interventions to clients, as well as providing consultation to the mental health team.

Dr Sarah has worked with people for whom the problem has started recently, as well as people who have experienced their problem for many years. She has also supported carers of looked after children in residential children’s homes.

When you meet with Dr Sarah you will work together to understand how your problem has developed and what is maintaining it before deciding on a clear plan moving forward. This can help you to make changes that can lead to a more meaningful life.
