About me

I am passionate about empowering people to improve their lives. I believe that within us, we all, have the potential to grow and I aim to assist in removing the obstacles to that growth via supportive, sometimes gently challenging, collaborative discussion.

I have undertaken extensive training and qualified in numerous psychological approaches. This includes person centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, solution focused therapy, coaching, EMDR (a specialist trauma treatment) clinical supervision, mindfulness and more. I also gained a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy in 2010 and I is BACP accredited.
I have been a clinician for 13 years and have had a decade of experience in NHS and higher education as well as private practice.
