I am a state Registered Dietitian with extensive experience working with services within the NHS, public and private healthcare.

My specialism is in the burden of physical and mental illness caused by undernutrition or overnutrition. In addition to assessing and treating the dietary aspect of the problem, I am also trained in behavior change counselling, coaching and CBT to help you achieve and maintain dietary goals.
