About me

I am a fully qualified BACP Accredited Integrative counsellor/psychotherapist committed to providing you with a safe and confidential space where you can feel heard and understood. My aim is to support you to reflect and explore past or present issues that are impacting on your life and facilitate you to grow and create the life you want for yourself.

My approach involves working through the therapeutic relationship itself, drawing on a variety of techniques to adapt to the individual needs of the client. It is through our relationships that we understand who we are and how we relate to others and the world. I therefore believe that, in order to change and grow, the therapeutic relationship is key.


I can offer both face to face and online sessions, and have completed a level 2 online training course for this purpose, run by the Open University in partnership with the BACP.
