About me

I am an experienced Consultant ENT Surgeon who regularly undertakes general ENT clinics (children and adults) in both the NHS and Private Sectors, as well as specialist Head and Neck Cancer and Thyroid Surgery Clinics. I perform operations in both the NHS and private sectors.

In addition to my clinical work, I am involved in the training of future ENT surgeons both locally and nationally, and I am President of the British Association of Thyroid Surgeons.

My NHS Consultant work is based in North Kent and I undertake clinics at Medway Maritime Hospital , Darent Valley Hospital and (cancer clinic only) Maidstone Hospital.

Research interests

During the course of my career I have been involved in research covering many aspects of ENT practice. My current research projects are in the fields of Thyroid and Neck Surgery.

Personal interests

I enjoy my work, and spend part of my leisure time helping improve training opportunities for future ENT Surgeons.

I also enjoy walking and spending time with my family.

Awards received

I hold a bronze merit award, for contributions to the NHS and the ENT profession.
