About me

Experienced and non judgmental, I provide a safe space for clients of all ages to engage with difficult thoughts, feelings and behaviours whether verbally or through creative arts.
I have worked extensively as a Counsellor / Psychotherapist with individuals experiencing emerging or long term emotional issues and mental distress.
My practice is inclusive, welcoming and flexible to the needs of clients. Whether you are struggling to adjust to life after a bereavement or trying to manage anxiety, make sense of ruminating thoughts, problematic behaviours and distressing emotions, I will do my very best to support you.
