About me

I am an experienced, qualified, BACP accredited, Integrative Counsellor and a BABCP accredited CBT therapist. I have been trained in a number of theoretical approaches including person centred, CBT and psychodynamic theory and will tailor my approach to the needs of my client. I offer a warm, friendly and supportive environment to support personal development and change.

I am a registered, accredited member of the BACP and an accredited member of the BABCP and work within their ethical frameworks.
