About me

I am a qualified BACP Accredited Counsellor
currently working in private practice from my home in central St Albans which offers convenient off-street parking. I am warm and empathic and work in a creative way using tools from various schools of counselling. I am happy to work both short and long term with a wide range of issues. I work with adults, young people and children (7 years upwards).

Areas of interest

I have substantial experience working with bereavement/loss; relational issues; self-discovery; attachment issues; parenting; anxiety and depression. Oncology; abortion; suicide trauma; issues affecting young people i.e. self-harming and bullying.

I am trained to deliver the Re-wind visualisation technique for post traumatic stress issues.

I am passionate about Mindfulness and would encourage and support willing clients to establish a Mindfulness practice that fits into their lives.
