About me

I am an HCPC Registered Psychologist with more than 20 years of experience in the NHS in working with a wide range of psychological difficulties in adults. In my last post in the NHS I was a Coordinator for the Complex PTSD multidisciplinary team in north London Mental Health Trust.

I am skilled and experienced in helping with anxiety disorders including the Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Complex PTSD (developmental trauma), panic disorder, OCD as well as depression, low self-esteem, relational difficulty, BPD, complex bereavement and more.

Further to my professional qualification, I attend regularly relevant workshops and seminars and attend to my professional development.

I am also fully trained in the Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing therapy (EMDR, 3 part training with Sandi Richman in 2012), Systemic Therapy, Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET) and Cognitive-Analytic Therapy (CAT, St Thomas's Hospital in London).

Therefore, I have the latest knowledge and skills that allow me to tailor therapy to your specific needs, making sure you have the best treatment plan following the latest evidence.

I work both short term and long term and will provide you with a clear therapy plan following an assessment.

Lastly and equally importantly for therapy, I value and understand the importance of the therapeutic relationship and my role in making therapy safe for you.
