About me
Within my practice I provide psychological interventions, supporting adults and young people who are looking to improve their wellbeing in daily life.
I am trained in a range of treatment approaches, including: Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT); Schema Focused Therapy; Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR). I am therefore able to offer person-centred treatment, including, CBT for depression, anxiety, anger, stress and emotional resilience. This is in addition to Mindfulness techniques, DBT skills and EMDR.
Areas of interest
Throughout my practice I have working with young people and adults; I have previously worked in group settings but am also able to offer one to one therapy. I have a keen interest in Mindfulness and am increasingly witnessing the fantastic benefits of EMDR therapy.
