About me

I work within the NHS as a senior Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist as well as in private practice. I have over 30 years experience in delivering a variety of mental health therapies both in primary and secondary care services. I have a particular interest in trauma informed therapy as well as psychosis and working with people who struggle with interpersonal difficulties and depression.

Areas of interest

I work with people from age 18 and over. As well as being a Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, I have had additional training and qualifications in CBTp for Psychosis and Acceptant and Commitment Therapy. .I offer talking treatment for depression, Anxiety ,OCD, Trauma Therapy , Panic Disorder, Narrative Therapy and first episode Psychosis.
