About me

I specialise in working with individuals suffering from eating disorders (including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and binge eating disorder) and those who have experienced psychological trauma, including childhood sexual abuse and post-traumatic stress disorder.

I work with a wide range of issues including: anxiety, depression, stress, psychological issues caused by physical health problems (e.g. diabetes, chronic pain), phobias, obsessive-compulsive issues (OCD), personality issues, low self-esteem, managing life transitions (such as retirement or having a baby) and many more issues.

I am compassionate and always work with clients to build a shared understanding of their difficulties and build an individual treatment plan based on their needs. It is important to me that I can provide a safe, trusting and welcoming environment and she will always do my best to put clients at ease.

I am an experienced supervisor and regularly supervises other professionals and trainee clinical psychologists.

I have Chartered Psychologist status from the British Psychological Society (BPS), which reflects the highest standard of psychological knowledge and expertise, and am also a member of the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and IPT-UK.
