About me

Hello and welcome to my personal page.

Post pandemic, we are facing many uncertainties. You may experience fluctuating emotions and difficulties, ranging from anxiety/uncertainty, depression, loss, anger, sadness, panic attacks, low mood and self esteem, to increased tensions in relationships and trouble coping day to day.

I am an experienced BACP registered Counsellor, who can support you through such challenges I can do this in a number of ways.

•One-off counselling sessions over the phone to listen to your concerns, and support you to explore ways to cope during this crisis.

•Ongoing counselling via Zoom or over the phone,. This can be done either on your own, or as part of a couple or family,

I have experience working with depression, anxiety, low-self worth/self-esteem, eating disorders, victims of bullying, victims of physical/sexual abuse, sexuality, suicidal ideation, diagnosed mental health conditions, drug and alcohol addiction, relationship difficulties/breakdown and family problems.

I also offer an 8 week specialist weight management program for individuals who have a difficult relationship with food or weight control.

Therapy can help you work through such things which can affect your daily life and routine.

If you are feeling unhappy, lonely, angry, confused anxious or depressed, or you are in crisis and feel that you would like to talk to someone in confidence, then I can offer you friendly counselling support, in a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space to explore the things that may prevent you from finding meaning and happiness in your life.
