About me

I have worked in mental health services in the NHS since 1984 with adults in a variety of settings, and also as a senior clinician with children and adolescents in a CAMHS service. I have a wealth of experience in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of mental health difficulties including low mood, anxiety, panic, worry, OCD, PTSD, separation anxiety, social anxiety, and specific phobias. I have worked in private practice alongside my NHS post for the last year and enjoy the contrast this brings.
I strive to provide the best support and therapy to all the individuals I see and feel privileged to work in my profession.
