About me

I am currently seeing clients online and face to face

I have worked as a therapist for over 20 years
In education and the NHS and now in private practice

The quality of our relationships can affect all areas of our life, improving our relationships with ourselves and others has a positive impact on our daily lives

I worked in the NHS as a Nurse Specialist in sexual health and as a relationship and sex therapist this gave me a wide range of experience in the connection between physical and mental health.
This is an area I am very interested in how by improving our mental health can impact on our physical health and also the reverse how our physical health can be improved by managing our mental health.

Areas of interest

I work with individuals (over the age of 18) and all genders who our struggling with a variety of issues, anxiety, loss, depression, relationship issues, separation, divorce bereavement, stress.
I work with clients who are struggling to come to terms with a physical diagnosis and the impact on their lives. My medical and psychological background enables me to have an understanding of the psychological impact on physical health
