About me

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist. An Accredited Professional Registrant of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and a member of the EMDR Association UK and Ireland. I integrate Person Centred therapy, EMDR, Attachment Informed EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy.
I have had 10 years of experience in the field of psychotherapy working with children, young people, adults and couples. I solely now work in private practice, but previously in primary and further education, charities and in the NHS.
