About me
I work on a 1:1 basis drawing on training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) to assess, formulate and tailor treatments specific to your individual needs.
Issues worked with include, but are not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, panic, loss and bereavement, self esteem and insomnia.
With over 20 years working in the NHS and also offering a private sector clinic, I have a wealth of experience working with adults to improve their Psychological well-being.
