About me

I am an experienced Chartered Psychologist with extensive clinical expertise gained from working across a range of service including NHS,Private, Public, Community and Voluntary Sectors. I am an experienced lecturer, teacher, trainer and researcher. I work mainly with adults from age 18 onwards. My therapeutic approach is integrative as I have trained across a range of modalities including humanistic, cognitive and behavioural, EMDR, Trauma Focused CBT, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy therapeutic approaches. I am a trained Mindfulness Practitioner. I can individually tailor psychologic treatment due to the breadth of training and experience I possess.
Research consistently shows us that the quality of the relationship with the therapist is a critical factor in recovery. Therefore, my approach is warm, accepting, non-judgemental and encouraging to ensure you feel safe and supported throughout your therapeutic journey.
