Hello, I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist working in London and online. I have more then 17 years experience within NHS Mental health services with 12 years working as a qualified Clinical Psychologist.

I have worked across adult and children services, specialising in parent and child based work. In my private practice I have a focus on adult mental health, young adult mental health and parent consultations.

I am registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC), the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the British Association for Behaviour and Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP). HCPC accreditation means that I am recognised or 'Licensed' to practice in the UK as a 'Psychologist Practitioner (Clinical)' in the UK and BABCP accreditation means that I take additional training to ensure the CBT aspect of my work is practiced to approved standards. Systemic thinking (thinking about the person, in their context and relationships) is core to my practice.

I aim to provide a friendly, compassionate and helpful space to address difficulties, working collaboratively to develop goals, helping find the most suited intervention to where you are at.
