About me

I am a BACP Accredited Therapist and Supervisor, with over 12 years experience within the voluntary, community and private sector. I now work within my own private practice specialising in Trauma and Complex PTSD. I have many years experience working with Childhood Physical, Sexual, Emotional Abuse and Neglect, Domestic Violence, Spiritual Abuse as well as mood disorders including anxiety and depression. I am also a couple therapist.

Areas of interest

I work with individuals from the age of 18 upwards. My work is trauma informed using psychotherapy approaches, EMDR and CBT. I also offer couple therapy for relationship issues and difficulties.
