About me

I trained in Cape Town, South Africa, qualified as an Orthopaedic Surgeon there in 2011, and moved to Bristol in 2012 to undertake specialist fellowship training. I undertook three full years of fellowship training - in knee surgery, hip surgery and Major Trauma Centre trauma surgery at Southmead Hospital, with the guidance of several prestigious local surgeons.
I completed my FRCS (Eng) Trauma & Orthopaedic specialist examinations and was awarded my Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in 2015. I am on the GMC specialist register since 2015.

I work at Southmead Hospital, North Bristol NHS Trust, as an elective and trauma consultant surgeon. I am currently the departmental Hip Lead.
I have a patient-centred approach and pride myself on personal, professional and surgical attention to detail.
