I have worked for many years as an NHS Psychotherapist - in both hospital outpatient departments and taking GP referrals. I have extensive experience working with a wide range of mental and emotional issues. including anxiety, depression, trauma, loss and bereavement, eating disorders, psychosomatic conditions and relationship/ life issues.

Indications that something in life needs attending to may come in many forms. Anxiety, depression, overwhelming feelings, painful life circumstances, or any number of other distressing and painful, sometimes physical, symptoms may be affecting your quality of life and relationships.

I provide a warm, supportive and professional space in which to explore and to help you find a way through the difficulties. This involves my listening both to what you intentionally and consciously bring to be worked through, but also to what’s not being said, or cannot yet be spoken about.

What Happens Next:

An initial meeting will be an opportunity to meet me and see if you feel Counselling/ Psychotherapy will be helpful to you. It is a chance to think about any anxieties or fears you may have, as well as what you would like to achieve.

Advanced Diploma Existential Psychotherapy (Regent’s College, London)
Fully accredited (UKCP)
