About me
I have spent the last 15 years in the therapy world to become of assistance to clients utilising a mix of counselling, coaching and mindfulness practices. I love helping people to find movement again after a period of stuckness.
I work with a variety of corporations via Employer Assistance Programs and several Healthcare providers including Bupa & AXA. I am a Counsellor for Anxiety UK.
It can be reassuring to realise that we all suffer from some kind of illness at some point - this is the human experience! It can provide relief to bounce ideas around with a neutral person who has your best interests at heart.
It is essential for you to choose a therapist with whom you are comfortable with. As such, I am very happy to speak with you to answer any questions that you have and would be pleased to give you a call.
