About me

I am a HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist a Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a BPS Chartered Clinical Psychologist and have worked in psychology since 2001.

I am really interested in carrying out assessments and working therapeutically with people from age 16 to older age.

In light of the Coronovirus, I am happy to provide sessions online for people.

Therapeutically, I work with people who have experienced trauma in childhood or adulthood: sexual abuse and other traumatic events, loss and bereavement, abuse, and domestic violence. I am interested in helping people to build resilience and post traumatic growth. In addition, I offer therapy to individuals with a range of difficulties including anxiety, worry, depression, pain, anger, work related stress and Aspergers/Autism.
