About me

I am an experienced BACP accredited counsellor. I am a qualified Supervisor and lecturer. I work in a person centred, pluralistic way, and have qualifications in Integrative Counselling, CBT, Counselling Supervision, HE & FE adult education. I am experienced in working with clients seeking therapy for; Addictions, Abuse, Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Loss, Trauma, Personal development, Health related issues, Identity issues, Self-esteem issues, Childhood related issues, Relationships, Anger management, Stress and Work related issues. I have experience as a bereavement counsellor, substance use counsellor and in rape and sexual abuse services, as well as primary care mental health and in private practice.
