About me

I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, Integrative Behavioural Couples Therapist and Individual Counsellor. I have nearly ten years of experience working with all ages providing support to those with emotional and mental health difficulties within the NHS.

I am fully accredited with the BABCP (The British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies) a member of BACP (British Association Counselling & Psychotherapies) and Couples Counselling Registered. I have an accredited Masters level Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological Therapies and a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

As a member of the BACP and BABCP I work within and adhere to both their standards of conduct, performance and ethics and have regular clinical supervision.

I am able to offer both face to face and Online sessions.
