About me
With over 22 years' experience as a therapist, I work with individuals and couples facing a wide range of emotional, relational and life challenges.
My background includes an MSc in Supervision and Consultation, clinical supervision, and senior leadership and management roles within treatment services. Alongside private practice, these experiences have shaped my understanding of both personal and professional challenges and the ways in which meaningful change can occur.
I am BACP accredited and registered, offering therapy in Guildford, Surrey, and online. I provide a professional, confidential and collaborative space where difficulties can be explored, patterns understood and new possibilities developed.
Drawing on a range of therapeutic modalities, I work with each client as an individual, tailoring my approach to their needs and circumstances. My aim is to create a reflective and purposeful therapeutic relationship where greater insight, resilience and lasting change can emerge.
I have worked with many concerns including burnout, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, guilt, shame, bereavement and loss, relationship difficulties, and the impact of, and adjustment to, a recent neurodivergence diagnosis.
