About me

Mr Topps read medicine at Cambridge University (gaining a master’s degree) and University College London. He trained in surgery in London, the South West of England and Manchester. On completing his training in 2016 he was immediately appointed as a Consultant Breast and Oncoplastic Surgeon at the East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust where he operates on hundreds of breast patients annually.
