About me

Charlotte is an experienced and skilled Counselling Psychologist. She has worked with many sufferers of depression, anxiety and trauma during her work in the NHS. Charlotte is reregistered with the Health and Care Professions Council and the British Psychological Society. She is also a trained teacher of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy.

Charlotte works with individuals who are experiencing a wide variety of difficulties, whether it is a long-term problem or a more recent distressing event. She provides in-depth and professional assessments and treatment for individuals experiencing challenging life events, psychological issues, interpersonal problems or physical health difficulties. As a Counselling Psychologist, Charlotte works to alleviate distress, improve personal wellbeing and to help individuals make decisions for themselves.

Charlotte is an integrative therapist, which means she blends approaches and techniques depending on the needs of each individual client. The therapies Charlotte works with are well-established and evidence based. Charlotte works collaboratively with all her clients to understand the difficulties they face and to decide on the best course of treatment.
