About me

Providing you with a safe, containing space, where you may explore any difficult feelings / emotions and issues you are struggling with.

I am a BACP Accredited Therapist. My counselling approach is predominantly Person-Centred, which means I will seek to actively listen and help facilitate your process, whilst offering compassion, acceptance and sensitivity; I also draw on other theoretical approaches in part and where required.

Through the counselling process, you may gain a deeper understanding of yourself, along with greater clarity, new perspectives and increasing self-worth, helping you move forward more constructively in your life and relationships.

The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my approach and I respect and encourage your autonomy within the therapeutic process at all times.
