About me

Hello, welcome. I am a CBT & EMDR therapist. I have been qualified as a CBT therapist since 2008 and have been accredited with the BABCP since 2011. I completed my EMDR training in 2023 and am working towards accreditation.

I provide therapy for adults in a safe, confidential and comfortable setting, currently via ZOOM and would welcome the opportunity to work with you to achieve your desired outcomes to your current difficulties and concerns.

Therapy can be a scary or uncertain prospect, so we will plan and work with small steps to help you learn skills and strategies not only for your current problem but for life ahead.
