I am a registered and accredited member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapy) and adhere to the BACP code of ethics. I offer a professional and confidential counselling service dealing with a wide range of problems. As an integrative counsellor I work with different therapeutic models including Person Centered, CBT and Psychodynamic. This enables me to provide the most helpful approach that will benefit you as an individual. I understand how daunting it can be to not only reach out for help but to find the right therapist to help you. I believe the therapeutic relationship is key to a successful outcome of therapy.

I have worked for many years in the NHS as a bereavement counsellor.
