About me

I am a Registered Chartered Clinical Psychologist (HCPC) and an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (BABCP), treating the full range of difficulties associated with depression and anxiety. I work with adults. I can offer face to face appointments and/or Zoom/telephone sessions. I primarily use CBT as my main approach, but as a psychologist, I work collaboratively and tailor the therapy to the individual and their goals.
