Dr Zoe Poole is a Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist and EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner. Skilled in working with adults to assess and treat a range of problems including:

- Anxiety including panic attacks and OCD

- Relationship difficulties
- PTSD and Complex Trauma (related to both childhood and/ or adulthood trauma)

Dr Poole has a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of East London. She has worked in specialist private and NHS services.
