About me

I am a fully qualified IPT/Counsellor/ PCEC and IPT Supervisor level 7 Integrative. Many years clinical experience with the NHS. I am a full member of the BACP and accredited with the BACP and IPTUK .

I have completed thousands of counselling hours.
At present I work in many GP surgeries and also run groups for people who are suffering from 'Loss and Grief' and also an MCBT group based on Mindfulness. I am also accredited as an Interpersonal Psychotherapist and accredited Supervisor, I am also due to complete a qualification in Solution Focussed Therapy . I specialize in helping relationships recover and many other areas.

I have a vast knowledge of many differing therapies. I am trained in 'Counselling for Depression' which is evidence based Counselling. It is a form of Counselling which is supported by evidence showing that it is actually effective with clients. 

I am also an accredited Interpersonal Psychotherapist and counsellor with the BACP . This type of therapy focuses on relationships similar to couples therapy but one to one.
I am very passionate about mental Health and I always give my best with every client that I take on in therapy.

I abide by the BACP code of ethics and receive supervision on a regular basis.

I respect all my clients and always try my hardest to make sure that all my clients are getting what they require from therapy.
